Will Customers charge me tax or duty?
We always do everything possible to ensure your purchase passes through customs
smoothly. However some items may be charged tax or duty, especially in high-tax
areas such as Europe and Canada. In this case the import taxes, duties, and
customs free(if any)are paid buy the buyer. iBuy.jp dose not collect tax or duty
and these charges are not included in the item prise.

This item ships within 5 business days of receiving your payment.
Do you ship every day?
We ship Monday to Friday, except for Japanese National Holidays.
When will I receive my purchase?
This varies depending on the destination country and shipping type. First Class Air
Mail to the US, Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe generally takes 7
to 10 days. EMS to the same regions is generally 3 to 7 days. Any shipment can be
delayed by slow customes processing but we do our best to speed customs
clearance
Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping for most items. However exceptionally large items are
sometimes not combinable due to size/weight/packing issues. In particular large
telephoto camera lenses are difficult to combine with other items.

All items are shipped directly from our offices in Osaka, Japan.
Which shipping services do you use?
The vast majority of our items ship by EMS, the fastest service offered by Japan
Post. Some lower priced items may also offer First Class Air Mail or Registered First
Class Air Mail shipping options.

No, SAL is too slow and has too many problems. SAL(“Surface Air Lift” sometimes
