The pattern called Hidasuki is famous, and this is the kiln
In order to prevent the works inside from sticking together, the straw is sandwiched or rolled up and baked. The ingredients of the straw and the iron content of the clay cause a scientific reaction, and a scarlet line appears.

“feature”
Since it is baked at a high temperature of 1200 degrees or more, its strength is higher than other baked goods.

The specific heat increases due to the dense structure inside. Therefore, it has strong heat retention and is hard to heat and cool.

Bizen ware has fine irregularities and high firing ability, so the bubbles are fine and the life of the bubbles is long, so the aroma does not escape, so you can drink more deliciously.

Since there are fine pores inside Bizen ware, some fine breathability occurs.
This promotes the transformation into a mellow, full-bodied taste with aromas of liquor, whiskey and wine.
